The Founder and Remembering That You Have People In Your Corner
My loneliest points were moments of self imposed exile. Founding an International nonprofit organization and basing yourself in the country that you intend on supporting is claustrophobic. I cannot stress how important it is to build your team on day one, never stop sharing the challenges you are facing with others, and never close yourself off from those around you.
Above all, never forget that you have people in your corner. They are there because of you. Never forget that.
