The Founder and Not Understanding
Most Founders I meet are “normal” people. They don’t have a background in Development Work, a business degree, or an understanding of the larger issues that they are trying to address. They decide to start a nonprofit organization because they believe they can solve a problem. It is much later that they discover they do not understand the problem that they are trying to solve; this is normal.
